Couch to 5k

Tewkesbury Running Club's next Couch to 5k course starts 22nd Sept 2025

We meet at 18:30 in the Morrisons car park, close to the old railway line and the 'We Buy Any Car' office.

 

  • Courses are led by an England Athletics qualified coach & run leaders.

  • Each course last 10 weeks, meeting every Monday evening.

  • All graduates receive a 'technical' T-shirt on completion of the course.

  • The course costs just £25 for all 10 weeks!

After the completion of a recent C25k, 7 members who had graduated from the course completed Alderton 5k their first official 5k run supported by other members of the club.
