Isoman Marathon

Angie Sadler competed in the Isoman Marathon near Redditch. Running with friends, Angie started the run at 15:30 hrs to coincide with the last leg of the triathlon. Although it was set around the Arrow water park with many twists and turns, she timed a respectable 3:46 hrs – this was the fastest individual time of the day (including male athletes) and gave her a 1st overall from a dozen. It was an enjoyable experience for Angie.
