At the Gloucestershire 4km XC Championships Tewkesbury had reasonable success. Over a course which certainly entertained spikes rather than road shoes, Mike Ward topped the V75+ category, Jane Sauer topped the FV40, Phillip Howells took silver in his V65, Wes Read silver in the open male category and Jon Mansfield won nothing for a sobering 4th in the V45.
