The Comrades

Angie Sadler is over in South Africa as I write…

Having just ran a fantastic Comrades Marathon (called marathon but much, much longer at nearly 90 km).

Being her 2016 goal, her 56 mile 8:22 performance is a wonderful result. At first thought to be the first British woman to finish but now we think 2nd behind a relative youngster.

Angie has now completed the race four times!
