Nigel & Jude's 100th

Club favorites Nigel Tillott and Jude Rodrigues celebrated their 100th Parkrun this weekend - it almost didn't happen as flood water rose onto the Tewkesbury course. A late change of plan saw Nigel, Jude and their supporters travelled across to Newent to tackle their course. Although the spotlights were on the pair, at the end of the show the super trouper was on Nigel's daughter Emma as she won her female race. Nigel finished 3rd in a strong time behind winning former Tewks star Paul Lockyer. Jude also timed well but his focus is on tomorrow's Southampton 10km. Noel Green, Kevin Emmerson and first-timer Elaine Vincent also completed the race.
